…”the twisties,” and they are weird.

I was getting up off my “nest” on the sofa. My feet and brain did not connect and I went airborne, knocking over everything within reach…my pill assortment, cup of coffee, rollator, bottle of water, etc…in one fell swoop, as they say. I was moving so fast that, while I moved, I was unable to orient myself as to my location on the planet…just quick images of things flying by, but maybe I was what was flying. All I could think was “No! Not my rotator cuff!”

Scraped a TINY bit of skin on my left forearm. Tiny. (But my blood takes a while to clot, so THAT was messy.) Sore places on both hands/wrists, left shoulder feels kind of bruised and I think my coccyx might want to file a formal complaint. No actual PAIN-PAIN, just tender places.

Now I am officially a “fall risk.”

[My insurance has a (free to us) service that will send a nurse…and if the nurse thinks it’s necessary, even a portable x-ray thing and a tech. It’s apparently cheaper to the insurance than paying for Emergency-or-Urgent Care visits. If things worsen, I will call for that service.]

OUCH, OUCH, OUCH.

See how you feel in an hour or so. You may have cracked something and not know it.

Somehow, I don't think you are Simone has the same etiology for your problems. Just a guess.
If you need help, get help, esp if it's free.
