as someone who has answered a LOT of "roommate wanted" ads, I have to say that's a good one. at least they are honest!

AND…they are out signing their lease and paying deposits and rent, right now.

So, all the balls she had in the air…job, home, where the child will attend school…have fallen to the ground and she can stop juggling. They will be paying about 230% of what they are paying now, AND getting 230% of the square feet they have now. And 200% of bedrooms and 250% of bathrooms and 200% of garage space.

it’s a reasonable deal, but if there had been something a bit smaller and a bit cheaper, it would allow for saving to eventually buy a house. Now they just have to wait for us to die.
