CMP: https://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/cmp/ aka Comprehensive Metabolic PanelI thought that taking calcium tablets increases the chances of getting kidney stones. Thats one of the reasons I won't take them. Maybe I've been misinformed. Also, what is CMP and PTH?
PTH: https://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/pth/ aka Parathyroid tells you how will you are doing with your calcium. Calcium, vit D, and PTH are a three legged stool. For best results as far as bone health, the calcium should be mid range normal. D needs to be, in DSers, as high normal as possible. The PTH needs to be as low normal as possible.
