Crockpot for sure... in constant rotation here. I just wash it out and use it again the next day.
Electric skillet- regular frying pans are just too small.
Pampered chef salad chopper (I never use it for salad, but to cut up meat- especially chicken. It's the bomb!)
Bodum salt & pepper grinder

Hmm...I dunno. We have several cutting boards (plastic, wood) and some good knives. The bf is getting a steel to sharpen them with. I did love my crockpot, but it died, haven't been able to get another. Sadface. I don't really have much in the way of gadgets, though I'd like one of those things you use to make zoodles. They're like $35 though.

crock pot is a favourite, along with stick/immersion blender

a good frying pan that will go from stove top to oven and a couple of quality knives

and I love the new silicone spatulas that don't melt. I use frequently in preparing the food and getting everything from the bowls, but also n the cooktop, especially in making omelettes or scrambled eggs

I slice, dice, chop - the slicer disk is adjustable! Pulse pulse pulse - and it's done.

Slow cook, fast cook, steam, braise. Warm up tortillas.

I have seriously been considering a food processor, but I usually only cook for me and my husband, and generally don't mind the knife-work.. I have read so many reviews on diff models and just wasn't won over by one enough to donate counter space to it.. Geeze, I need a decent sized house.. or at least a big kitchen. I somehow manage in a galley kitchen, at least now- smaller, me and hubby can manage to not kill one another (accidentally or otherwise) while both being in the same area.. before, it was claustrophobia inducing.

I caved and bought a food processor because I make my own dog food. It really streamlines that job. The only other time I use it is when I am canning food usually.

My Kitchenaid.
My standalone meat grinder - I like to grind my own ground beef and ground pork.
Cast iron skillet, dutch oven, and grill pan.
Enameled cast iron dutch oven.
Keurig with the hot water option because sometimes I want coffee and other times I want tea. Now.
Pressure cooker. LOVE cooking with it.

I forgot to mention my KitchenAid. I do own a food processor but use it mostly to make slushies IN THE SUMMER or hot cocoa mix for the winter.

Just get a julianne peeler, it works almost the same and its cheap. ;-)

Everything! These are pictures of my two pantries. One small and one large which used to be a formal dining room.

We have a commercial kitchen supply store in town- Zesco. I love that I can get stuff there cheap.. my pizza stones that are inches thick- soooo much cheaper. Knives, cocktail shakers, mixing bowls, stock pots.. etc.. If it works for a commercial kitchen, it will work for me. My next big investment, besides a decent running car.. needs to be a new oven/stove. Mine sucks. Not enough BTUs to boil a big stockpot and I have a freezer of cow bones to make into stock at some point since we have started buying whole lambs/quarter beef from our local farmer guys.

As you can see, I am a total kitchen gadget junky. I have a huge kitchen in addition to the two pantries full of stuff :sneaky:. I love to cook. I am collecting DS friendly recipes for when I can truly eat again.
