Congratulations on the eight/seven pounds
Ten in a week is certainly doable. But you can't always control which week. I found I would go two or three or four weeks at minimal loss. Then suddenly drop ten pounds in a day or two. Sorta a step kind of loss. I just didn't know when that step would happen
Now at six years out I can gain or lose 5-7 pounds in a day. I keep gaining and losing the same pounds over and over. Depends on daily food, hydration, activity, BM timing. But overall staying at the same weight. Don't focus too obsessively on that scale number
