Sunday Weigh In (3/8/2015)

I was up to 191 at one point this week but was back to 185 this morning. I have been feeling like garbage with rectal pain so I haven't been watching what I have been eating and I have had way too many bad carbs lately.. I know I need to cut back but when hurting and dealing with stuff we have dealt with recently I don't really care a great deal if I pack on a couple pounds.

Cameron is doing better, thanks. It was a really rough month and I won't go into detail but he is doing much better now.

I hope they have lots of meats and cheeses. I have not purposely had any white flour since my surgery. Oh wait, I take that back, I had a crouton tonight. It was incredible. :lmao:
 
Well the scale finally moved. I was at 181. Today it was at 172.8. I'm thinking that I lost some water weight. Hopefully it is a real loss. I need to be back down by May when I go see Dr.K. that's quite aways to go. He mentioned that I should be around 140 the last time I saw him... uggh

That is a significant loss! How is the carb monster?
 
Carb monster is loose. But recently I have been craving protein ie: chicken. So I'm working on it.
