Yea, but the MTF still has a budget and they set their SOPs to reflect that. I used to work Medical Affirmative Claims and Malpractice in the Army, and it seemed like there was allot of pressure for doctors to keep procedures under a certain dollar amount.This is a non-issue in this case because the surgeon is a military member and therefore on salary .

I lost all my excess. I'm 5'4" and "kissed" 121 for 10 seconds. Right now it's 142 and that is a 24+ BMI. I am working on losing about 5 lbs but not working really hard at it. I have a BMI of 33 right now and a doctor said that was too low.
