Depends on what you do for a living. Most people need an absolute minimum of 2 weeks to get back to work...many need more. Think of it this way...you only have ONE chance to heal from this surgery...don't go TOO fast. Start with a full 6-8 depending on what Dr. Ayoola says.After the ds surgery how long will I be off work??
