Well I have a confession... for about the last 5 nights I've slept straight through (well I've awoken, looked at the time and gone back to sleep) and as a result I've not had my strontium. I'm not really upset as I've not had 5 consecutive nights that I've not got out of bed in the last 20 years.

Actually until 2014 I've not had 5 nights in a 12 month period in the last 20 years!! I'd sleep through one night a decade on average!! Oh well, I'm not knocking it!! ;)

Well TGINF. I'm in an all day meeting tomorrow, so we'll see what I end up eating!! It should be fun :p

B1 Decaff Protein coffee(30)
B2 2 Sausages, 2 eggs and a bacon rasher(25)
L Chicken breast salad(30)
S Yogurt(5)
D Bunless burger(30)
Protein total(120)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

too much coffee and not enough water today, but I'm doing well with food and about to walk the dogs.

L: Ham & Navy bean soup (made it starting yesterday)
S: Fig bar
D: Hamburger pattie with cheese on top and a handful of sweet potato fries (baked)

I'm telling y'all-- you're too hard on yourself. You're all doing well. Here's what my horrible eating ass ate today

B: protein coffee & Yoplait greek yogurt
S: corn tortilla chips & guacamole
L: cheese, turkey, Ritz crackers
S: 1 Girl Scout Cookie
D: steak & baked potato w/butter & sour cream

This is a fairly normal day for me. Look at all those carbs.... I keep telling myself it could be worse, before I would have eaten a whole bunch of cookies.

I do eat carbs but am selective as most carbs these days blow me up like a balloon and cause horrid smelling gas.
 
BTW, right after I wrote the above whiny-ass post I immediately went and started my period.....then ate a whole bunch of chocolate pudding.

Can I start this day over please?

I'd definitely get less protein in if I didn't post.

I'm glad you have 4 legged friends to help you exercise :)
