Just as an FYI, not everyone reacts terribly to sugar alcohols. Some don't at all, some don't have issues in limited amounts, and some don't have problems with one kind or another. Erythritol is one that causes less problems than many of the other kinds. My view is to try things and see what happens. And then if they give you a problem, try again in a few months because things change.
That being said, sugar free jelly bellies and sugar free chocolates will give me the serious bloated trots, but other things don't bother me at all. Sometimes it's a, literal, crap shoot
