Yes, another poop story.
I'm 8 days post op from VSG to DS and doing great. For bowel movements, I've had very little so I thought it was time to take Miralax. So last night I put the bottle of Miralax on the bathroom counter so I would remember to take it in the morning. I'm one of those neat-freaks that hates having anything other than a soap dispenser on the counter.
Just having the bottle of Miralax out clearly scared my intestines into behaving -- I pooped so much this morning that I was sure I lost 30 pounds (but didn't, damn). But more realistically, this was a result of both time and the fact that I added fat into my diet yesterday.
Two things that I've had for a while that are oh-so-helpful -- a Squat-n-Go (just like a Squatty Potty, but hugs closer to the toilet base) and a bidet toilet seat (BioBidet 2000). I put the bidet seat in years ago. Or as I call it -- my ass wash. It is one of my favorite things in the house. Washing your ass instead of wiping is so much more civilized.
Hope everyone is doing well.
