It's been a while

Hello everyone! It's been some time, hasn't it? How is everyone? My surgiversary came and went and I barely noticed. About 2.5 years out now.

And I feel great, physically. 310lbs to a maintained 155/160. Not too bad, huh? I almost have a 6 pack!

Mentally...eh. I've actually started (today!) a procedure called TMS or transcranial magnetic stimulation. Over 6-7 weeks, every day, I'll go in and have my brain zapped until I'm happy! Isn't that kind of neat?

If anyone has any questions for me, feel free to ask! I'm feeling, well, "eh" right now so I haven't came up with a long journey post but I still want to offer my advice or insight.
