Hi, I was out at MIL's today and got back late. I had some carrot cake today so got less protein in - not that I'd have got the opportunity to get protein in if I hadn't had it. I didn't suffer too badly after having the cake whereas the beans I had yesterday nearly killed me despite my having them last weekend without any issues!!
