Hi, I was out at MIL's today and got back late. I had some carrot cake today so got less protein in - not that I'd have got the opportunity to get protein in if I hadn't had it. I didn't suffer too badly after having the cake whereas the beans I had yesterday nearly killed me despite my having them last weekend without any issues!! :confused:

L: Not even sure I remembered.
S: about 6 cocoa/coconut bites
D: Pending but I know what I am planning. Keilbasa and potatoes (Started doing this when we lived in Pittsburg but they use sauerkraut. Dh & I are not fond of kraut so I changed it to potatoes (also will be lunch tomorrow)

We love keilbasa and potatoes. I make it with onions and peppers and roast it until it's crispy. Yum!
 
I had to Google kielbasa which is eastern European food from what I found. I'd never heard of it. Sounds nice. I am so not a cook - I just throw things in the oven ;)
