will you look at the price of this protein powder?

I wonder if adding whey protein isolate to your OWN bone broth would work? Be a whole hell of a lot cheaper!
When I was fresh off the operating table, I was full of hope and pseudo confidence that I would be the best ever at DSing, and I did exactly that! I make about 5-8 gallons of Chicken bone broth every few months and portion it out and freeze it. The protein drinks were entirely to sweet, so I tried this. I almost died(Not really, but I did instantaneously vomit). Turns out, I just loathe whey isolate in any capacity.
I still have a big ass tub of it. I used it a couple times to bread some chicken and fry it. My son ate it up, but I just can't do that flavor. Unflavored my (all of a sudden flat) ass.

the doctor whose website is selling this stuff does a PBS pledge break special where bone broth is the answer to everything. which explains why I was getting emails from her and found this product.

when people are on PBS I tend to believe them. :cautious:

but I'm not buying it - literally.

maybe once summer is over I will feel like making my own bone broth. @southernlady - do you cook a lot less now that you are full time RVing?

No, I'm not. Cooking a bit differently yes, cause we are using the grill more often. It's too expensive to not cook. I've been making my own yogurt for the last two months in my Fagor Multipot (it's similar to the Instant Pot) Still learning it.
