Easy! Because I am still fat. First of all, no plastics and I have a hernia. From just below the shoulders to the top of my legs I look like a totally different person. Still a fattie! I also have 6 breasts. But only 2 nipples! I have to work hard to even try to camouflage the flubber.

In contrast, Kirmy looks great all over!
