Yes! Mexicali team will say crush the pills with a spoon. I found that did not work that well, Walgreens has a $10 pill crusher.

I chart everything with My Fitness Pal and it works great! I can track all my food, water, and protein.

Unfortunately the wife is just starting a new job November 9, so it looks like my youngest daughter will be traveling with me. We'll have to do an expedited passport application for her (theoretically 4-6 weeks could just barely be in time but life's too short for that stress). I'm waiting to get the date confirmed (should happen within a week) before I file for short term disability/medical leave with my job. Then to see if they approve it.

IF they approve it? You are having medically necessary surgery.

I'm having the surgery. If they refuse to give me the time off (I have enough sick days banked to cover it ) then it's pretty clear there isn't a relationship worth preserving.

On a DS Facebook page, I was informed that Esquerra is NOT a vetted Surgeon, neither is Wilhelmy, and that Nina and Ruben are dirty, underhanded sales people. She stated that Esquerra has not done 100 DS in the entire time he has been the lead surgeon at MBC.

I know this is not true, it's just really frustrating that there is so much misinformation being shared online.

Boy, what an informed and helpful group THAT is! Just us here on this site alone who have used Esquerra and Wilhelminy are a large number, I don’t know how many but I can name around 20 without trying hard and I’d guess the number is even higher.

Who is Ruben? Nina isn’t what I’d call a salesman at all, but she is a great question answerer.
