And I haven’t changed a damned thing.
Still eating far more carbs than most.
I’ve recently found out thru the grapevine that Dr. K no longer is accepting any insurance. We could do an out of pocket telehealth visit but anything beyond that would have to be on this side of the country, insurance and gas prices. Given than a good majority of the medical professionals we’ve run into here understand the DS even if it isn’t performed in the area, I’m reasonably okay with that. Especially my gastroenterologist.
My and my PCP’s bottom line was 119 which I seem to be fast approaching.
