I’ve been floating between those two numbers, I’m fine with that.

So is everyone getting ready for Thanksgiving? We are just us two again this year.
Menu:
Ham (most everyone here knows we don’t do turkey)
Mac & cheese (I normally make my own but not this year, we found a good substitute)
Cornbread stuffing
Acorn squash, found a new way to cook this and it’s excellent. No need for brown sugar. Cut in half, then cut the halves in about 1 inch sections, mix olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bag and coat, cook at 400 til done.
Homemade cranberry sauce
Crescent rolls

good!

I haven't weighed and won't go to the gym until tomorrow at the earliest but suspect I am down a little.

Thanksgiving is at a friend's house and I decided to cook NOTHING but bring food someone else prepared. so, it's a bottle of red wine and garlic mashed potatoes from a French Restaurant.

The Hosts and other guests are all good cooks and will be making all the usual, albeit in gluten free versions.
