Quest bars

Sooo, fellow quest bar lovers, the new cookies and cream flavor came out yesterday and it is YUMMY! Plus, vitamin shoppe is having a sale now, boxes are on sale plus a mix and match with the individual bars for the price of a box if you're like me and don't like to commit to one flavor.

I picked up a bar of the double chocolate chunk at my local health food store. Yum! Just ordered a box. Haven't tried the new cookies and cream flavor yet.

If you have issues with sugar alcohols, make sure you read the labels. Many of the Quest bars are made with sugar alcohols. The Chocolate Brownie was one of the few that isn't.

I can't eat them at all. I've tried several and they make me nauseated.

That's a bummer! I struggle with most of the protein powders I've tried, but quest bars go down and stay put the best for me. Don't know why but happy they do!
