Sooo annoyed with OHSU (Portland OR).
Dr K's office sent me an order for a UGI about 10-11 days ago and I had it done 8/24. The order clearly stated that Dr K wanted a CD sent to his office, and his address was provided. While there I talked to the people at the lab and the guy said "no problem, it'll be sent within the next 2 days". More fool me! I believed him.
So I called Dr K's office today to see if they had received it yet. "Nope, nothing yet". Called OHSU, "we have no order for that" Huh? I asked if they had a CD of a UGI done on me last week? "yes, but there's nothing saying it's to be sent anywhere". I went the rounds with them, pointing out if there's an order for the UGI then they have the request for it to be sent to Dr K. Finally I gave up trying to explain it and just told them I'd come pick up the CD myself. I did and then FedExed it to Dr Keshishian. While there I got a second copy in case Dr Rabkin's office wants one.
I get very annoyed with stupidity.
