I hope she has a lawyer. There is no excuse for hitting a pedestrian in a cross walk. Hope she is getting better and has freed her elbows!

Liz how are things now?

She is healing and going stir crazy! She FINALLY got her elbows freed. Turns out, her right hand was just so bruised they couldn't accurately read the X-Ray so stuck in a cast as a precaution. She graduated to a hand brace for that one. However, except for writing, she is left handed so getting her right one free wasn't as great as one would think.

They are also talking to a lawyer but being very careful about saying anything to anyone other than him.
