Hi all!

I know it's been forever and a day. Sorry, I've been traveling so much for work for the last two years.

I popped into today and read the DS math thread. I saw posts I wrote on that thread pre surgey and there was info that DianaCox wrote that made me decide to get the DS.

Well Aug 16 is 7 years of skinny. I cant' believe it. It's a different and much more happy life.

I just wanted to thank everyone on this board. This board was so very helpful in helping me decide to get the DS and was incredibly supportive after I got it. Everyone was great and a special shout out to Larra who let me come visit her a few times to explain how this DS thing really works.

I just got back from Iceland and I walked 12 miles a day for a week. I was so happy. I could never do that before the DS. I can't believe how much better my life is now.
