If so, you know that it works…if you can master it…but it is a PITA.

WELL, these folks didn’t WANT to live that way. So this approach, some of which is still in the works, is now available. I haven’t tried it. I’m not recommending it. But I am wondering about it.

33% doesn't seem like a lot. I'm also bad at math. I wonder if it will end up like Lactaid pills, which work great for a bit, but then slowly lose effectiveness.

I discovered Bactose about 6 months ago but then twice in the last three months, they’ve had supply issues. The first time, they got me my order with 3 days off when I SHOULD have started, so I just didn’t drink milk those days days while it got back in my system. But this last time, they didn’t even know when they’d have it back in stock, so I cancelled my subscription and got some Lactaid. I’m still able to drink milk with the Lactaid. Maybe fixing my hernia fixed something. Cause I’ve forgotten the lactaid one day and didn’t suffer.

i was only bothered by regular milk and ice cream. I haven’t wanted ice cream in months, so I’m not pushing that one but I drink a glass of milk every morning, whole cow’s milk per my osteoporosis specialist.
