Hi,
Mr David Kerrigan in the UK is performing RNY to DS revision. I'm having the procedure done on 28th November 2015 via Phoenix Health UK. His colleague Shafiq Javed also performs this procedure via the same company.

Discovered this morning when a potential revision patient called Dr. Baltasar’s clinic that he has retired.

One of Dr. Greenbaum’s patient posted on FB that he’s retiring the end of the year.

Dr. Greenbaum is no longer accepting new patients. Based on that, I am taking him off the list.

Adding Dr. Troy Glembot based on a RNY to DS surgical report received privately.

Adding Dr. Charles Proctor to this list based on an operative report I personally reviewed.

I’m getting concerning reports on Proctor. So I’m flagging him as a be careful.

Just heard from the original patient, report was unwarranted so removing the warning.

I keep hearing that Boyce is no longer doing revisions but I have no proof.
And Glembot limits his to local only.

Stephanie Maddison, UK sent me her operative report on her UK surgeon Mr. Simon Dexter who performed her RNY to DS revision in November 2021. So I am adding him to the list.
