Ok so I have the dry D3 on my watched list. Where else do you get everything?

My GP should be able to provide a multi, ADEK, folate and iron...but just in case...where do I get stuff? I know about vitalady and has studied her set up, but man, the shipping, the tax, and the VAT if it gets caught would be enough to buy my own personal chemist lol.

What do you take, and where/how do you obtain it? My GP seems convinced I can get most stuff from her.

I still order prepackaged vits from Vitalady as I like to have a couple of months sat bundled up.

I order Now Foods Zinc Picolinate 50mg from Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Now-Foods-5...028&sr=8-1&keywords=now+foods+zinc+picolinate

I get Kirkland Multi also from Amazon as the Sanatogen Complete A-Z that I got on prescription wasn't as potent and a bottle lasts you nearly a year (I do 2 a day) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kirkland-Si...qid=1391102729&sr=8-1&keywords=kirkland+multi

Dry Vit A http://www.vitacost.com/solaray-dry-vitamin-a-25000-iu-60-capsules-3

K1 http://www.vitacost.com/natures-life-cal-mag-d-and-k

K2 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Now-Foods-V...8&qid=1391102332&sr=8-3&keywords=now+foods+k2

Dry E http://www.vitacost.com/solaray-dry-vitamin-e

Calcium http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-bone-booster-complex-with-mcha-vitamin-d

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Biotech-Vit...=1391102542&sr=8-1&keywords=biotech+vitamin+d

Copper http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-chelated-copper-albion-copper-glycinate-chelate-60-capsules

Vitamin C from any where with an offer - I got a lot from Holland and Barrett in their penny sale.

I also get Superior Source B vits from Vitacost.

I get Ferrous Furmarate tablets on prescription but they're not really working. Tender Iron cramps me up so I can't take that. I'll see what Mr Patel says when I see him about my bad iron levels.

I'll be interested to see what others say.

Yes, he's run a couple of hours late when I've seen him. I have to book half a day holiday to go see him. I go in the AM so I need to get back to work.

Well at least you know what you are in for lol. My appt Friday is at 1:30 and I plan on showing up at 12:30 just hoping to increase the chances of missing rush hour in london...ugh....not much worse way to spend friday night than I can think of lol

Maybe you'll miss rush hour on the other side. I've heard patients say they've waited 5 hours. You shouldn't have to risk your job to go to hospital!! :-(
