UK People, hook me up!

If you keep it below $215 it misses customs duty and you only get hit with import tax and that normally takes 2 weeks for me.

@kirstabelle I just Googled CalcitD3 and that's calcium carbonate. There isn't any calcium citrate we can get on the NHS.

I just ordered this from Kirkland as I'm getting sick of paying customs http://www.costco.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/cos_7,cos_7.2,cos_7.2.1/142966 it's £14.69 without membership for 600 x 300mg calcium citrate tablets, which seems like a very good price.

Shouting out to @DuodenalSwitchaRoo so you see this post - hope you feel better soon... where the heck are you - it's quiet without ya!! :)

Donni - you will get Calcium Citrate (CacitD3), Solvazinc, AquaADEK and centrum advance multivit on prescription. Iron (but will be the wrong kind)
The rest you will have to buy yourself.
In addition to the above I take Biotech D3-50 (the link I shared in the other post is by far the cheapest to the UK and I only found it last week - used to buy on Amazon) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=121263686679
Biotech Vitamin A - I order direct from Biotech in US. Small cost so you shouldn't get done by customs. https://www.biotechpharmacal.com/catalog/a-25-vitamin-a/

I don't do oral iron due to past fissure/fistula problems so that is not my forte I'm afraid.

@huneypie - some of these links are better than the last ones I PMed you (on FB) so may be worth checking out.

@DuodenalSwitchaRoo - it makes my heart swell that you are not following the ignorant UK majority and popping a multivit, calcium carbonate and 400iu of D!

Patient info booklet says this 'During dissolution the calcium salt contained in Cacit D3 is transformed into calcium citrate. Calcium citrate is well absorbed,( approximately 30% to 40% of the ingested dose).' Can any scientific people help with this?

Also says Calcium Carbonate 1250mg (when dispersed in water, provides 500mg of calcium as calcium citrate) which as per labelling laws means 500mg elemental....per sachet.

@huneypie and @DuodenalSwitchaRoo on your shipping of vitamins on amazon they have a "prime" account which is free shipping and you can "sell" 4 memberships to your account. Idk if it is available for y'all across the pond but even if they don't offer free shipping maybe it would be at a discount. May be worth checking into.

I have prime - life would suck without it!! :D Amazon is usually the first place I look, but they don't have everything, or sometimes it's just not competitive.
