I have uploaded both operative notes so that you can see what Dr. Keshishian found from Mexicali. I would not recommend that anyone goes to that practice for any revisions. You do not know what you might be getting. I am sorry to be saying that. But don't take my word for it read the notes attached for yourself. In fact I would not recommend anyone go there at all. But that is just my opinion.
