Could it be that you aren't eating ENOUGH? Have you run your food thru something like MFP to see where your grams land? Possible your body is thinking it's starving?
Okay, maybe toss things up for a day. Add about 10-20 more carbs for ONE day. And maybe add more protein and fat?Yes I track everything I eat in mfp.
Right now my targets are 100g protein, 100g fat, and under 30g total carbs.
I'm still working on hitting it all consistently.
I will be 5 months out tomorrow.
