For some it takes longer than others. That one reason we really try to not focus on the scale at first. Measurements, other NSV’s are far more important. Just focus on protein, nothing low or no fat but your fat goal will eventually be 50-70 grams depending on your bathroom habits. Keep carbs low.HW:375

Hi everyone it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. So I went to my 6 wk po appointment and I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. I only weigh at the doctors office(first surgery SADI I weighed everyday and it caused stress for me). I’ve been hitting my protein, and water goals without issue(revision sleeve untouched). So I’ve only loss 9lbs since my surgery 9/24/24. Well a total of 24 with 15 of those being from pre op. I’ve loss inches im sure. Those around me make mention. I’m not sure why it’s getting to me and making it feel like it will be impossible to get below 200 lbs, but it does. I know that I have to just keep pushing and focus on my goals of eating the right things. Oh forgot to mention I walk/run 4-5 miles 5 days a week so I don’t know if I’m just building muscle and that’s why it’s not really showing on the scale.
When you exercise, you need more protein.
