I found myself thinking "oh, no, my parts are tighter" and then realized I was wearing long underwear, LOL

I think I am about the same, frankly. And I am thinking I need to give up my gym membership*and concentrate on other ways to exercise (at home and outside). This week I have an appointment with someone who does fascial release and will see what she says, but seem to keep over-doing certain things (at the gym) and then making myself tighter/stiffer overall. (I create adhesions that the massage therapist then is horrified by) so I need to re-do everything.

*also, I dislike the gym, it is across town, no windows, the music is usually too loud and I get tired of asking them to turn it down, and other issues. It's harder than it should be to make myself go, is the bottom line. So sick of 6 TVs constantly on sports!

That will do it. My pants get tight when I wear long underwear.
Thank you, I think the extra water weight finally broke. I was in the restroom constantly for 2 days and now the weight drop. I'll take any progress 😁 hoping it keeps trending downward
Very good. It will. It may not drop every week.
