Sunday Weigh In (1/24/2016)

Do a quick check of your macros (and calories). It is possible that you might not be eating enough or eating too many carbs. You will get there. My longest stall lasted 5 months. And MEASURE...the months I stalled, I lost inches.

At your suggestion, I measured. No change in waist and hips since 12/24/2015. My average macros for the past month: Protein: 110g, Carbs: 95g (17g of which are fiber), Fat: 110g; Calories: 1750

I would suggest that you need to be getting another 25 grams of protein. This will help

Add more protein and fat. Get your protein up to 120-150. Add another 10 grams of fat every few days til you find your sweet spot. And maybe look at your carbs. Where are they coming from. Many of mine are dairy carbs...as close to having a mother as possible.
