I would pick stomach, arms, and face! I look like a deflated balloon. But that's just wishing. Once in my life I would love to be able to wear a sleeveless shirt tucked in! Sucks to be in long sleeves and baggy clothes when it's 120 degrees outside!

Personally I would do my back upper body to get rid of the side boobs. And lower body. I don’t give a flying flip about my wings at my age. I wear sleeveless and I’d wear shorts (if I can find a pair that fits in the middle without looking like I could fit two thighs in each leg.
