Its been a while since I've been on here and there used to be a thread that stated what everyone ate each day along with vitamins taken. There was a person who always listed that she drank a "monster" shake for breakfast that included coffee ("bulletproof coffee I think) and fiber. I'm having issues with severe constipation and need to up both fat and fiber according to my nut. Would love to know what was in that " monster" shake! Any ideas??
