Her dh just texted me:

She had a good night. The doctor said things are going great. The gas is dissipating, she's burping steadily and has not been a lot of pain. She walked last night at 2am up and down the hall. Her doctor said that was fantastic, head of the class. She resting today not in a lot of pain. She said to tell all of you hi and thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers. It really was helpful.

Today's update:

Hi liz, cleared today for clear liquids and so releved everything is going smoothly. Walked 1/2mile today in the halls, tolerating liquids and both just fine

And it's looking favorable for her to go home tomorrow. Not promised but looks like it.
