I've felt like a bottomless pit today, but I seriously prioritized protein!! :D

B1 Protein shake (30)
S Cheese (20)
S Banana
B2 2 eggs, 2 sausages & bacon (35)
S Vegetable soup (1 cup)
L Chicken salad & a side of asparagus & mayo (35)
S Apple
S Cheese & ham roll up, fish sticks, 2 cheese triangles (35)
S Pistachios (15)
D Chicken casserole (30)
Protein total (200)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches & iron, vit C & copper) nightime strontium batches pending
 
eating scrambled eggs for lunch as I type.

I had a protein drink for breakfast and I like it. I know some people never do them but I think it works so well AM. not only does my stomach not want as much "bulk" in the morning, it also prefers low sugar.

I just realize this today: I make a drink with plain almond milk, unflavored protein powder and frozen fruit (blackberries today) and it will taste OK first thing in the morning - by lunch time? I taste it and think "yuck, needs some sugar".:087:

also a way to get fluid that isn't coffee into me!
 
B#1 Yogurt/butter coffee
B#2 Egg, 2 slices of bacon, loaded grits
L: A burger
D: Homemade chicken strips(used gluten free breading) and a yam pattie

Oh yea, I am seriously behind today. The good thing is I don't go back over to pack until NEXT Tues. Dh and I agree, I am not gonna be over there with Cathy alone...I want him with me.
 
Ate all freekin day today, and not by choice, trying to not fall behind on the protein again. I either have to eat large, protein dense meals or eat less dense food all day or I can't get it all in. I know, could be worse, I could be hungry :nono::Coopwink:

S- scallion cream cheese with a spoon- 4
L- ham & cheese roll ups- 32
S- cheese cubes- 14
S- chili lime cashews- 5
S- crab cake- 11
S- shake- 24
S- bresaola slices- 9
D- sausage & peppers w/ melted provolone- 44
Total- 162

You did great Lauren. Yes, we do switch one set of problems for another, but I think it's a far more livable set. :)
