OK, so I need to get my butt in gear re the carbs!! Getting back on the wagon is hard when you've been off it!!

B1 Protein shake (30)
S Apple
B2 2 eggs, 2 sausages & bacon (25)
S Vegetable soup (1 cup)
L Chicken salad (35)
S Fish sticks & cheese triangles (12)
D Chicken casserole (30)
Protein total (132)
F 96+
V All in (inc 7 calcium batches & iron, vit C & copper) nightime strontium batches pending
 
B: 1 1/2 eggs (couldn't eat both), bacon, and buttered grits
S: Yogurt
We got power back at 10AM today
L: Leftover ribs and two yam patties
S: Fig Bar
S: Protein bar
D: Hamburger patty with cheese/spoonful of mac & cheese
Rest pending

bah, I completely forgot again yesterday. I need a total re-organize, here.

I love that you can come back and edit posts whenever you want to: this forum rocks.

one of the things I need to change is NO coming home from work and getting on the internet. other stuff needs to be done first. so, later, Tater....

What's going on Liz? I think I'll have some of what you've got as I feel like a bottomless pit at the mo.
