After pouring over this wonderful forum for help in making a decision I am going to go see
Dr. Keshishian tomorrow to start the process towards a DS.
If I understand correctly he is an excellent surgeon.

This place has been invaluable in providing information that I need to be prepared for my better,
healthier future.

He is beyond excellent. There is simply no better surgeon from a technical surgical perspective, medical knowledge, patient care and follow up stand point. His care and concern for patients is even better than his skill. You will love him because he will explain things so very well and put your mind at ease. There is also not a judgmental bone in his body.
