it's not like they tell you! in fact, they usually tell people do eat low fat which is not what you need at all.

I get a “pintos and cheese” at Taco Bell. (Refried beans from home don’t work for me.) IDK if you can eat something like that on your post-op plan?

Went through the exact same thing and wound up with an anal fissure. Three words for you: Miralax, Miralax, Miralax. It may take two days to work, but it absolutely works beautifully and has no taste. Better than any other laxative I tried.

I do Miralax but I also use plenty of fat in my diet, for me it takes both.
