Bacon & Egg "Muffins"

This is something that's quick and easy to make. You don't have to use bacon-you can use anything you want in the egg. I like bacon, cheese and olives. Season the eggs to your liking. Only recommendation that I do to alter this recipe is that I do mostly cook my bacon before putting it in the muffin tin and I add a little bit of milk to the eggs. If you don't cook the bacon beforehand, I have found it to be too 'raw' (yes it's cooked, but it's not really that appetizing).

LOL! beat the hell out of them and add some milk. *shrugs* Or maybe add more shredded cheese to them? Or the more 'crap' you put in them, it will break up the sponginess of it, and it'll be more chunky with goodness, if that makes sense to you at all.

Maybe cook some bacon and crumble it into the egg before baking. Double-bacon goodness!
