Hey everyone I am not sure what the right kind of B12 vitamin I should be taking. I normally just buy the right dosage. But I looked at the facts on the bottle and I am confused. Please let me know what's the right kind. I am taking Methylcobalamin. Thanks

I just looked on the Vitalady web site and that is what she recommends, the Methylcobalamin! So you are on the right track.
