Don't feel bad, NA, mine is falling out too. I told hubby to let me know when I've reached that sparse dandelion stage and need a hairpiece or wig! I'm doing my best to baby it....not using ponytail holders or any heat that might damage what I have, but it is a bit disheartening to have to clean my brush every single time I brush my hair. :(
 
Don't stress it too much, I shed periodically, always have.. After any serious illness, extended fever.. a couple months later.. shed begins. Same thing happened post-op. I didn't have a lot of hair to start, as I have hereditary female hair loss, after an endo ruled out any other cause- and have used Rogaine for years to hang onto the top front (my aunts are nearly completely bald.) The Rogaine didn't even help the post-op shed, but it did come back.
