Sunday Weigh In (6/29/2014)

Hi, everyone is doing so great! I am battling stress eating, am not sure what my weight was yesterday, but will post today's weight (ugh).

Today's weight 152. I really want to get back in 130's. I am hoping getting back to being accountable will help, and cutting back on junk.

Stress eating is tough. I know it sounds simplistic but try to plan good protein snacks that are handy. And try to aoid having carby/processed snacks in the house.

You can do it.
 
@Lynn5707 - me, too, with the stress eating - and we are about at the same weight, too! I also want to get back in the 130s where I didn't feel so SLUGGISH.

We can do this Jackie! I am still stress eating, but am trying to get rid of the stress so it won't be so bad. I am so afraid to keep gaining, which has made me eat more sometimes if that makes sense. We can do this tho!
