Staying steady. More exercise this week, I do feel like there has been some shape transformation happening even without weight loss over the past month.

NSV. Hit the driving range with my hubby for the first time in a year... OMG it feels so weird/good to hold a golf club correctly rather than stuck out for my oversized body.

LW: 167
TW: 164

Back down again. I am tired of the 160's and am really wanting to get into the 150's. My goal is to work harder this week on exercise during the new week. I get mentally and physically bogged down by my big hernia belly, but I can certainly walk more.

Last week 143.5
This week 141

Three weeks on a stair step finally a drop! I love it.

Yay!

Keep chugging. You are doing greafgt.

LW - 150
TW - 147.

13 pounds from goal. Fitting into size 6 jeans.

I think it's been a few weeks since I've properly weighed in, as it were. I'm always just back from Hong Kong and my body doesn't cooperate with its usual well-timed morning routine. I'm gonna take my weight from Friday morning from now on.

TW 67.7kg | 149.3lbs

Only two more weekends of class (next weekend and one in early July) till two months of summer break. I'm purchasing a bicycle at the moment with the intention of using my weekends to cruise around Singapore, swim and gym a little more. I seem pretty stuck at this weight, so my focus now is fitness and toning. If I didn't lose any more, I'd still be overjoyed with the outcome!

Wow, you have done so well and your BMI is under 25!!!! I totally get what you are saying about being happy where you are. I was thinking that today. I would like to get to 135 which would put me at a 23 BMI, but I'm 148 today and my BMI is 26 and I'm so happy.

I'm so happy for you!

Yes, trying to be very grateful for the drastic change in the last 18 months (Facebook's throwback feature reminds me the most how far I've come) and how to build a healthier set of habits to keep me here. It was nice to eat fried cheese on Saturday night at dinner at a French restaurant and be 'on plan'!

I must admit, I haven't been anywhere near 'perfect' and cut every carb...but I've done that before and it was miserable. I'd rather be 24 BMI and able to enjoy things in moderation than a 21 BMI that I have to fight every day to maintain. My main concern now is to stabilise and work on fitness more. And to do research into the only plastics I'd consider...boobs.

I so agree about the being perfect and being happy. Good choice!! As far as I can tell the reason the DS works is it's a bit forgiving. I eat ice cream every day - a small - but I've been good about other carbs.

It's amazing to me how far you had come when you came to my house and how far you have come since then. So happy for you.

Cheers!

It was a lovely day and a lovely brunch. And it was so good to me you and @Larra. I was just coming out of the worst of it. That first four months were brutal. I can't believe how skinny I am now. Not a great photo, but look.

To everyone who has posted, I've had little time I've the last 36 plus hours to get online.

So, good going everyone. Love the photo.

Yes, I am now OUT of Amish country! Getting away from all the carbs.

Thanks all. Skinny jeans and short boots the best invention ever. I love them together. Add a tight cashmere sweater. When is Fall again?
