I didn’t think I ate enough to lose this week. Fighting off some stomach thing—terrible cramping, a little nausea and no appetite. Doing better now.
I agree, a new scale. Or just swing by the docs office about every two weeks and use his.last week 323.4

Scale's been making me a little crazy. Replaced the batteries after it started claiming I was 110 pounds. Since then I've gotten readings from 304 to 329. Right before this one it had me at 314.4, which seemed a bit implausible. I think I have it calibrated again but we'll see.
