Altho I have to admit, it’s a little strange watching the scale go up. I would like to settle in about 125-127.
Charles was complaining last week that he’s gained 2 lbs cause of all the carbs in the house. Well, I’m not the food police. I’m not in charge of what goes in his mouth. Just because my PCP told me to add extra carbs was not a license for him to do the same.

I feel his pain. I do best with foods I don't really want to eat NOT in the house.

but you have to do what you need, after all.

I try to not have his trigger foods in the house but there is some crossover.
