Wound up getting about 4 hours sleep. Mission for today is a little shopping, supposedly Nexium is available in packets which seems a lot less fraught than trying to break open the tiny capsule and then get the resulting spray of teeny yellow and purple pellets down. That's item one, followed by gauze and tape for changing the dressing.

141 lbs again - finally found some scales! America and the lack of walking caught up with me, though St Louis BBQ was delicious.

Back in Europe, spending 10 days in Siena, Tuscany over Christmas and New Year. I'm planning to walk parts of the pilgrim route on the Roman road over the break (as well as three cats, I'm sitting a big labrador x border collie who'll come with me). And besides that, enjoy a lot of delicious meats, cheeses and wine.

you have your seat belt on for the ride down? :p

LW: 131.9
TW: 131.1

that's encouraging - this week I did the (very rough) math and figure with my new job (it's been one week now) I have to be getting a least 50,000 less steps in every week - so that worries me. also, less stress probably means i am eating more during the workday...although maybe less on my off hours/overall ?

Bunny LW: 6.6
TW: 6.5 damn

I need to feed her a bit more without too much as it could set off a pancreatitis flare up. :cautious: I am going to start giving her a lunch every day off work, that might be enough to bring it up a bit.

Buy the SMALLEST possible pack possible. If it doesn't work, you won't waste too much money. If it does, great.
And you are doing great with the weight. Many report a gain the first week out due to all the fluids.

Sorry about the tick up. But that food looks awesome and you are getting to see so much of the WORLD!

Sorry Bunny is down more. That is frightening to watch it happen and not be able to stop it. And on small furbabies, even a little is a lot to them.
Okay, so now you need to figure out how to get more steps. But you are doing fantastic.

My last check in was a month ago or so I believe. The holidays could've been detrimental, cookies are my downfall. I removed them all- the guys were not impressed.
