LOL, you ladies crack me up. I often have contemplated how DH is sleeping SO soundly that surely, I might be able to just let one go under the covers. I have even reasoned that since hot air rises, and there is a dip in the covers between our bodies, SURELY it won't waft over to him before it dissipates. Then, since I've been reasoning this out, I become completely awake and cannot let 'er rip in his proximity. Just can't. He still tells me to loosen up, everyone farts. But he's not smelled the worst I can dish out. Never mind his farts are WAY worse, especially when he eats tomato-based dishes and drinks beer in the same meal. Talk about RANK.

Ya'll having me laughing so hard. I haven't even had my surgery yet and I can't roll over in bed without one slipping out. My husband has been making me cover my nose with my shirt, rolling car window down and sent me out of the room gagging for almost 16 years. I have already warned him payback is coming. I can relate with Sheanie because I didn't ever let my husband hear me until about the last year. After a few slip out and he hears them no sense in trying to hide them after that. The only thing that may save my husband is that he works nights. I am usually up getting our son off to school before he gets to bed.

....

Now, burping is a whole other topic. I am the Queen of burping. I'm an expert at burping myself, and was a baby burping specialist. But after every burp, I say "Excuse me", to which my husband chuckles.
LOL, I even say "Excuse me" when I'm alone in the room! Weird, I know :).

My calico cat made it a point to cease sleeping under the covers after my DS. One too many DS Dutch ovens of death apparently. The pregnancy has made the whole unnatural gas situation reach a point where even I gross myself out. And I can't freakin' escape myself

Warning: after our Seder last night, there are massive amounts of delicious leftover matzo ball soup in my house. Matzo balls of death. And matzos - five boxes of them. Stench of death in San Jose. But I leave on Saturday for VA for 9 days, so it won't go on for long - just one more day, really, because I "clean eat" on the day before a flight.
