Sleeve to DS....

If the sleeve has already been done, is the DS surgery easier than if it had not been done yet? My Sleeve surgery was very painful and curious if this would not be as bad!

For me the DS switch was much easier than the sleeve. I did have more pain from the gas the first 24 hours but other than that recovery was much easier and quicker.

Thank you! That is good to hear! I have a consult with the doctor next week and I am just now researching the topic.
If you don't mind me aksing.....
did you have the sleeve knowing you would eventually get the DS or did you have the sleeve and it not work so you got the DS?
I had the sleeve 3 1/2 years ago. Surgery day I was 249 and got down to 165. I am now at 205 I am working out and working hard but am really considering the DS even after I loose the extra pounds!
