Returning to the Social Media forums to get some REAL Vitamin info regarding DS/Gastric Reduction done in 2012. I have been out of touch with online help (was in remote Alaska for 7 years 2014-2021). I'm not back in Cali and just found a PCP who takes Medicare/UnitedHeathcare, I'm currently getting my lab results in MyChart and need some feedback. (I will go to a different thread for that, please be patient with my social skills, I'm old and not saavy. but I will learn (advice accepted )

I'm still here, but looking for an Excel File (Template) to do labs, I could create one, and probably will, but thought if there's already one out there. it would be easier
